Elmwood serves 66 students who receive mentoring 4x’s a week.

Have you created a Phonics Packets Tracking Form?

A Coordinator asked me if there was a form to track the Phonics Lessons, since the number of the decodable book does not match the number of the Lesson Packet. I am attaching an example of what a Phonics Packets Tracking Form could look like. If you have created one would you please email it to me to share with everyone?
